Who We Are

My business is LUX HOME SERVICES and my name is Lou Cadenas. We are one of the few companies, located in the North County area, that do full-service flooring repairs and installation for wood, tile, stone, vinyl, and carpet, including carpet cleaning. We also specialize in water restoration, serving customers mainly in Rancho Santa Fe and in the North County, San Diego area. We sell and install most major brands, and unlike other companies, give an initial free estimate, including measurements.

For most people finding the product is not the problem, it is finding some one to install it correctly and quickly. This is where experience makes all the difference. I have 15 years in the flooring business, and place great pride in the employees I train. I trust them to do a professional job when it comes to installing the products or making repairs, not only in the quality of their work but in their personal performance as well. I have had accounts with big businesses as well as small. I have also been sub contracted through other businesses to make repairs and do installations as well. I strive to leave my customers happy and excited about the job we have done because we know they are going to show the work we do to some one else. I can say it feels good to hear that every now and then, because we do try to do the best work we can, for ourselves and for you.
