Events & Businesses promoted by, with and/or thru CaliforniaCommunity.com must be non-discriminatory and must include access to all individuals
irrespective of age;

Said Events & Businesses must not promote harmful, hostile,
derogatory, defamatory, desultory; and/or illegal behaviors and/or literature
and/or any of the like;

| 3.
Events must not promote, provide, and/or encourage destructive
and/or addictive behaviors that may or may not be considered dangerous or
hurtful;

Events must not provide access to or promote adult, pornographic or
other so called 'adult' behaviors and/or literature and/or any of the
like, related to and/or otherwise;

| 4.
Charitable events must be inclusive of all individuals regardless of
race, creed and/or color and must be of such a nature as not to negatively
impact, cause emotional distress to, and/or affect negatively any individuals in
such like manner of any age group;

| 5.
Business events must be fully accessible to all individuals
regardless of race, creed, color and/or age dependent upon our discretion to
ascertain certain limitations persuant to legal requirements.

website at our sole discretion. To use our community websites, you
must agree to adhere to our guidelines and
